This is the Ultimate bowl turning set of Carter and Son woodturning tools and is suited for a wide range of bowl projects. This set contains the following items. 2 each 16" x 3/4" handles. Blades are machined from M42 high speed steel and heat-treated to 68 HRC for strength and durability. Blades are made from premium M42 HSS containing 10% cobalt.

This steel produces a cutting edge that will hone to a finer edge than standard HSS and will have superior edge holding ability. Comfortable and chatter-free modular handles are made from 6061 aircraft grade aluminum and will last a lifetime of turning.
