This vase is something very exceptional in terms of the wood used. It's a beautiful orgainic form. Some turnings are not fully planned.

I just completed this in my shop this week. Kitchen pantries, Chess boards (large professional models), Kitchen tables, Humidors, and musical instruments. This vase is 12 inches tall and 5 inches in diameter. I have added a felt pad to the bottom to protect the vase and your table or desk tops. The surface has seven coats of finish upon it.

It is built to last for generations. African Rosewood is a heavy and dense wood. But it's a friendly wood for lathe turning with its mostly straight grain. I will package this turning carefully so that it arrives safely to your address.
