Fine even texture with very high natural luster. Heartwood is usually jet-black, with little to no variation or visible grain. Occasionally dark brown or grayish-brown streaks may be present. Medium to fine texture, Grain is very straight, and contains no growth rings, knots, or defects. 8 x 8 x 4 inches.
